today i ate an asian chicken salad (sesame vinaigrette with almost no carbs/sugar), 2 bags of pork rinds (delish!), 15 cashews, a latte with skim milk and sugar free vanilla, a powerade zero, and 32 oz of h2o.
we were on the road, so today was kind of a bad representation of my eating habits.
T you look ab fab! gee, it's amazing what cottage cheese can do for a body...
