Day 4 -- Kim

Let me see... for breakfast I had a 2 egg omelet with salsa and 2% mexican cheese, 2 sausage links, and lots of coffee. For lunch I had a turkey patty and 4 oz of cottage cheese. For dinner I had an 8 oz chicken breast over mixed greens with cucumber and raspberry vinaigrette (sugar free). For a snack I had one serving of sugar free banana fudge pudding. I also drank a bunch of h20 and had a diet sunkist. Sadly, no wine again.
