Breakfast--3 eggs with Frank's red hot
Lunch--pickled bologna and 2% colby jack cheese
Dinner--8 oz of low fat cottage cheese
I snacked on a dill pickle, sugar free pudding, and cashews (only a handful)
I drank a couple glasses of h20, lots of coffee with sugar free creamer, and diet coke
I went grocery shopping tonight so I have more supplies!
Weighed in at 140 lbs
Goal weight is 125 lbs
