Day 11 & 12 -- Kim

yesterday i had 2 eggs scrambled with 2 sausages for breakfast and a ceasar salad with steak for dinner.

today i had an omelet for breakfast with ham, cheese, onion, green pepper, and mushrooms. for lunch i snacked on pepperoni and cheese. for dinner i had turkey sausage and cottage cheese.

Treavor - Day 11


Breakfast: Protein Shake

Lunch : Spinach salad with oil, vinegar, cheese and bacon

Snack: Two chicken sausages.

Dinner: Two cheese snack sticks, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, mixed greens salad with cheese and oil and vinegar.

Dessert: Sugar free jello... again.

Workout: 60 minutes treadmill

Day 10 -- Kim

Breakfast as usual: sausage, eggs, and franks
Dinner: 7 oz eye round steak
Slice of pepperjack cheese


Weighed in at 136 lbs

One Week Down - Treavor - Day 10


Today I ate a protein shake for breakfast.
Lunch was a spinach salad with oil and vinegar and bacon and cheese.
Afternoon snack... one baked chicken breast.
Dinner was another spinach salad with cheese and olive oil and one chicken sausage.

I worked out on treadmill for 60 minutes.

I weighed in today at 191.

TOTAL WEIGHT LOST - 3 pounds
FOR A TOTAL PERCENTAGE OF WEIGHT LOSS OF - 1.5%

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs w/ 2% mexican cheese, franks red hot sauce, and 3 sausage links


Lunch: 7 oz turkey sausage


Dinner: 6 oz rotisserie chicken


Snacked on peanuts, pepperjack cheese, and orange sugar free jello


I drank lots of coffee and green tea

Ok.
I didn't fall apart food wise this weekend. But, I did drink a significant amount of wine on Saturday. I ate well but didn't go to the gym Saturday or Sunday.

So far today,
1 protein shake.

Day 8 -- Kim

i started the day with 2 scrambled eggs with 2% cheddar cheese, franks red hot, and 2 sausage links (surprise!). this afternoon i had an iceburg and romaine lettuce salad with oil/vinegar, almonds, boiled egg, and bacon with a chicken breast. i had a pickle snack. dinner consisted of a veggie stir fry (mushrooms, green pepper, broccoli, olive oil, and teriyaki) and a 6 oz eye round steak. i drank coffee, water, and green tea.

i didn't post new photos because peyton left her camera at my parents house. i'll post them tomorrow night.
