Day 7 -- Kim

Breakfast: 2 eggs w/ 2% cheddar cheese and franks red hot sauce, 3 sausage links
Snacked on a pickle
Dinner: 1/2 cup of stir fry (chicken, mushrooms, red pepper, onion, and olive oil)
Drank lots of coffee, 2 glasses of water, 2 glasses of diet coke, 1 glass of wine (whoops!)

  1. Not sure how you cook your eggs, but for scrambled eggs I have been using 3 egg whites but only 1 egg yoke. Still feels like you're eating normal eggs but a little healthier.
