Day Three - Treavor

Ok. So today I had a protein shake for breakfast. Lunch was ground turkey and cottage cheese. Lots of water. Dinner was a very large green salad with cheese and olive oil and one large chicken breast. I also went to the gym for 30 minutes which was kind of a waste but at least I made it there. Oh well.

GOAL WEIGHT - 170#
