
Today I ate a protein shake for breakfast.
Lunch was a spinach salad with oil and vinegar and bacon and cheese.
Afternoon snack... one baked chicken breast.
Dinner was another spinach salad with cheese and olive oil and one chicken sausage.
I worked out on treadmill for 60 minutes.
I weighed in today at 191.
TOTAL WEIGHT LOST - 3 pounds
FOR A TOTAL PERCENTAGE OF WEIGHT LOSS OF - 1.5%
