

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs w/ 2% mexican cheese, franks red hot sauce, and 3 sausage links
Lunch: 7 oz turkey sausage
Dinner: 6 oz rotisserie chicken
Snacked on peanuts, pepperjack cheese, and orange sugar free jello
I drank lots of coffee and green tea
