yesterday i had 2 eggs scrambled with 2 sausages for breakfast and a ceasar salad with steak for dinner.
today i had an omelet for breakfast with ham, cheese, onion, green pepper, and mushrooms. for lunch i snacked on pepperoni and cheese. for dinner i had turkey sausage and cottage cheese.

One Week Down - Treavor - Day 10

Today I ate a protein shake for breakfast.
Lunch was a spinach salad with oil and vinegar and bacon and cheese.
Afternoon snack... one baked chicken breast.
Dinner was another spinach salad with cheese and olive oil and one chicken sausage.
I worked out on treadmill for 60 minutes.
I weighed in today at 191.
TOTAL WEIGHT LOST - 3 pounds
FOR A TOTAL PERCENTAGE OF WEIGHT LOSS OF - 1.5%

i started the day with 2 scrambled eggs with 2% cheddar cheese, franks red hot, and 2 sausage links (surprise!). this afternoon i had an iceburg and romaine lettuce salad with oil/vinegar, almonds, boiled egg, and bacon with a chicken breast. i had a pickle snack. dinner consisted of a veggie stir fry (mushrooms, green pepper, broccoli, olive oil, and teriyaki) and a 6 oz eye round steak. i drank coffee, water, and green tea.
i didn't post new photos because peyton left her camera at my parents house. i'll post them tomorrow night.

When used as a snack food, chunks of cured pork skins are deep-fried and puffed into light, irregular curls, and often seasoned with chili pepper or barbecue flavouring.
Microwavable pork rinds are sold which are microwaved in bags that resemble microwave popcorn (although not exhibiting the 'popping' sound) and can be eaten still warm. Pickled pork rinds, on the other hand, are often enjoyed refrigerated and cold. Unlike the crisp and fluffy texture of fried pork rinds, pickled pork rinds are very rich and buttery, much like foie gras. Let me see... for breakfast I had a 2 egg omelet with salsa and 2% mexican cheese, 2 sausage links, and lots of coffee. For lunch I had a turkey patty and 4 oz of cottage cheese. For dinner I had an 8 oz chicken breast over mixed greens with cucumber and raspberry vinaigrette (sugar free). For a snack I had one serving of sugar free banana fudge pudding. I also drank a bunch of h20 and had a diet sunkist. Sadly, no wine again.

Dinner--8 oz of low fat cottage cheese
I snacked on a dill pickle, sugar free pudding, and cashews (only a handful)
I drank a couple glasses of h20, lots of coffee with sugar free creamer, and diet coke
I went grocery shopping tonight so I have more supplies!
Weighed in at 140 lbs
Goal weight is 125 lbs

Ok. So today I had a protein shake for breakfast. Lunch was ground turkey and cottage cheese. Lots of water. Dinner was a very large green salad with cheese and olive oil and one large chicken breast. I also went to the gym for 30 minutes which was kind of a waste but at least I made it there. Oh well.

today i ate an asian chicken salad (sesame vinaigrette with almost no carbs/sugar), 2 bags of pork rinds (delish!), 15 cashews, a latte with skim milk and sugar free vanilla, a powerade zero, and 32 oz of h2o.
we were on the road, so today was kind of a bad representation of my eating habits.
